The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Blockchain Backend Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the backend systems that power our decentralized applications (dApps) and blockchain solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for dApps.
• Implement and manage smart contracts and blockchain integrations.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
• Optimize server-side applications for speed and scalability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot backend systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in blockchain technology.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a backend developer, ideally in a blockchain environment.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Node.js, Python, or Go.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with blockchain technologies and smart contract development.
• Familiarity with databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and data storage solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Standout Qualities

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with frameworks such as Express.js or Flask.
• Understanding of security best practices in blockchain and web development.
• Previous experience working in an agile development environment.
