The Role

We are seeking a talented Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design and develop web applications, integrate blockchain functionalities, and implement AI-driven features to enhance our crowdsourcing platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
• Create and integrate smart contracts on various blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Polygon, etc.).
• Implement AI algorithms to improve user engagement and optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure high reliability and user satisfaction.
• Participate in code reviews, and contribute to team best practices and documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and Blockchain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in fullstack development.
• Proficient in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
• Experience with back-end frameworks (Node.js, Express).
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and smart contract development.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
• Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team.
