The Role

We are seeking 2-3 passionate and driven Product Operations and Product Development Managers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be deeply interested in blockchain technologies and the Crowdsourcing space.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of product strategies (including the development of our initial MVP) for user adoption
• Conduct user research and gather customer feedbacks to test product hypothesis, inform product decisions and iterate on existing features
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and emerging trends in Crowdsourcing and Emerging Technologies, including but not limited to fintech, blockchain and Artificial Intelligence
• Define and track key metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and iterate accordingly.
• Oversee the daily operations of product

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years professional experience within the realms of AI or blockchain product development
• Solid experiences of launching, managing and operating new products ­from 0 to 1 within blockchain and Artificial Intelligence
• Strong user-centered design skills and experience working with designers to create intuitive and compelling user experiences.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with global remote teams is a plus.
